A photo that prints well is the one thing that decides how this turns out. If yours will not work, we email you before printing.
- Good, even light — daylight works best; avoid harsh shadows and backlighting
- Sharp focus on the face — you should be able to see individual fur detail
- The whole head in frame — ears, top of the head and chin, nothing cropped off
- The original file at full size, not a screenshot or a photo re-saved from a chat app
- One dog per photo — send a second photo if you want a second dog
- A photo you own, or have permission to use

How long will it take to arrive?

Do I get to see a preview before it is printed?
No. We print from the photo you send, which is what keeps the turnaround short. We do check every photo first: if it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for a different one before anything goes to production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it has not gone to print yet. Email [email protected].
Which photo should I send?
One clear, well-lit photo per dog with the whole head in frame and the face in focus. Phone photos are fine — send the original file rather than a screenshot. The photo guide shows what works and what does not.
Can I order this for any pet?
Right now we print dogs only.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. Print defects, transit damage and wrong items are remade or refunded, your choice. See returns, remakes and refunds.
