One photo of your dog, printed on the gift you choose
Every MyDogPics order starts with a single upload. We cut your dog’s face out of its background and place it in the design you picked, so the same photo can go on a mug, a pillow or pajamas with dog face prints all over. The breed pictured on a listing is only an example, and your order shows your own dog, mixed breeds included.
Where a design repeats the face across the fabric, as our custom pet face pajamas do, each face prints small. That is why a close, sharp shot of the whole head beats a photo taken from across the room.
The pajamas are printed by dye sublimation, which bonds the color into polyester fibers instead of leaving a layer on top that can crack or peel. For everything else in the range, the product page lists the size, material and options of that item.

2. We check the photo and prepare the artwork
We look at every photo before it goes to print. If it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for another one first.
3. We print and ship
Your product is printed from your photo and shipped with USPS tracking. Current production and delivery times are on the shipping page.

Before you order
What every order comes with
Four things hold for every order, from pajamas to ornaments. Each one links to the page that sets it out in full.
- A photo check instead of a proof
We prepare the artwork from your upload and look at it before anything is printed. A photo without the sharpness, light or size to print well means an email from us asking for a better one; see how the check works.
- Made to order, tracked by USPS
Nothing is printed ahead of time. Orders to US addresses come with free US shipping on every order, and the current production and delivery times are on the shipping page.
- Defects are remade or refunded
A print defect, damage in transit or a wrong item reported within 30 days of delivery gets a remake or a refund, your choice. Read what the policy covers.
- Your photo is deleted after 12 months
Uploads are removed 12 months after the order, or earlier if you ask us to. Details sit in the privacy policy.

Choose a close photo with sharp eyes and nose, the whole head in frame from ear tips to chin, and soft daylight on the face rather than a bright window behind it. What can I order with my dog’s photo?

Can two or more dogs share one gift?
Yes, on designs made for several dogs; each of those product pages shows how many it takes. Send one photo per dog, one dog per photo, taken at a similar distance so the faces come out the same size. See multi-dog gifts.
Will I see a proof first?
No, there is no proof or preview step. We check every photo instead, and if one is too small, dark or blurry to print well, we email you for another before anything is printed.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Orders to US addresses come with free US shipping on every order and USPS tracking. Each item is made after checkout, and the current production and delivery times are on the shipping page.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we remake the item or refund it, whichever you prefer. That covers print defects, damage in transit and wrong items, and returns, remakes and refunds lists what is not covered.
