We look at every photo before it goes to print. If it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for another one first.
3. We print and ship
Your product is printed from your photo and shipped with USPS tracking. Production takes 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit inside the US.

What makes a photo print well
- Good, even light — daylight works best; avoid harsh shadows and backlighting.
- Sharp focus on the face — you should be able to see individual fur detail.
- The whole head in frame — ears, top of the head and chin, nothing cropped off.
- The biggest version of the file you have — send the original, not a screenshot or a photo re-saved from a chat app.
- One dog per photo, unless the product has a multi-dog option.
- You own the photo, or you have permission to use it.

Custom Dog Socks: common questions
What photo works best on socks?
A tight, sharp close-up of the face. The printed face ends up small, so detail you can barely see in the original photo disappears completely. Daylight and a head-on angle help most.
Will the background show on the socks?
No. The face is cut out of your photo and placed into the sock design, so nothing behind the dog is printed.
Do I get to check the design first?
No — there is no proof step. We print from your photo, after checking it: if it is too small, dark or blurry to print well on something this size, we email you for a different one.
Can I have two dogs on one pair?
On sock products with a multi-dog option, yes. Upload one photo per dog.
Can a name be printed on the socks?
A name is optional where the design has room for it, and it prints exactly as you type it.
My photo is a bit blurry — is that a problem?
On socks, more than on larger items. Upload it anyway; if it will not print cleanly we email you before printing instead of sending you a blurred pair.
