1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by MyDogPics (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order. Contact: [email protected].
2. Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it, if the item was priced or described incorrectly, if we suspect fraud, or if the uploaded photo breaks section 4.
3. Personalized products and how they are printed
Every item is made after you order, using the photo and options you submit. We do not send a proof and there is no approval step. We review each photo before printing and, if it is too low in resolution, too dark or too blurry to print acceptably, we email you and ask for a different photo before production starts. If you ask us to print the original photo anyway, we will, and the result is not treated as a defect.
Check your photo, your spelling and the size you select before you pay. A name or text is printed exactly as you type it, including capitalization.
4. Your photo and the rights you give us
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission from the copyright owner to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You keep ownership of your photo.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, crop, resize, retouch and print the photo for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order and any remake or reorder of it. That licence ends when the photo is deleted under the privacy policy. We will not use your photo in marketing, on social media or on this site without your written permission.
We may refuse and refund any order whose photo appears to be a professional photograph you do not have the rights to, contains a copyrighted character, logo or artwork, or contains illegal or offensive content.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Shipping is added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before printing and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Changes and cancellation
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel the order if it has not gone to print. Once printing has started, the item cannot be changed or cancelled, because it is made only for you.
7. Shipping
We ship inside the United States only. Timings on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a package is lost or damaged in transit, section 8 applies.
8. Returns, remakes and refunds
Because items are personalized, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Print defects, transit damage, a package that never arrives, and wrong or mis-spelled items are remade or refunded within 30 days of delivery. The full rules are on the returns page and form part of these terms.
9. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
10. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or anyone else’s use of it. Site content — text, layout, product descriptions, graphics and the MyDogPics name — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11. What we do and do not promise
We make each item with care from the file you send. Printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on a screen, and fabric and print surfaces vary between product types; small variations of that kind are normal and are not defects. Apart from that, the site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a gift not arriving in time for a specific date.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer laws of the state you live in.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. The “last updated” date above shows when this page last changed.
