2. We check the photo and prepare the artwork
We look at every photo before it goes to print. If it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for another one first.
3. We print and ship
Your product is printed from your photo and shipped with USPS tracking. Production takes 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit inside the US.

What makes a photo print well
- Good, even light — daylight works best; avoid harsh shadows and backlighting.
- Sharp focus on the face — you should be able to see individual fur detail.
- The whole head in frame — ears, top of the head and chin, nothing cropped off.
- The biggest version of the file you have — send the original, not a screenshot or a photo re-saved from a chat app.
- One dog per photo, unless the product has a multi-dog option.
- You own the photo, or you have permission to use it.

What can be made as a memorial keepsake?
The same products we make from any dog photo — ornaments, blankets, pillows and portraits — using a photo of the dog you have lost. We do not make stones, urns or jewellery.
What if the only photo I have is an old one?
Send it. Focus and lighting matter more than the age of the photo. If the file is too small or too soft to print well, we email you before printing instead of printing it anyway.
Can I include the dog's name?
Yes, a name is optional on the products that offer it, and it prints exactly as you type it.
Is there a proof I need to approve?
No. We print from the photo you upload. The safeguard is the photo check before printing — if your photo will not come out well, you hear from us first.
Can I have two dogs on one keepsake?
On products with a multi-dog option, yes — one clear photo per dog.
Is this a good thing to give someone else?
Many people order one as a sympathy gift. You need a clear photo of the dog, which usually means asking the owner or using one they have already shared.
