Dog Gift Shipping: Where We Ship
United States addresses only. We do not ship to other countries at the moment, and checkout will not accept a non-US address.
What shipping costs

The rate is per order, not per item, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
There are two separate parts to the wait, and it helps to read them separately:
- Production: 2-3 business days. Your item does not exist until you order it. This is the time we need to prepare the artwork from your photo and print it.
- Transit: 3-5 business days. This is the USPS delivery time after the package leaves production.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start production on the next business day. If we need a different photo from you before printing, production starts when you send it.
Tracking
You get an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it — that is normal and it does not mean the package is lost.
Wrong or incomplete address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] as soon as possible — we can change the address while the order is still in production. Once a package has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address; you pay the reshipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the item arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the package. We will remake and reship the order or refund you — your choice. See returns, remakes and refunds.
Multiple items in one order
Items in the same order can be printed at different times and may arrive in more than one package. You are not charged extra shipping for that.

Not yet. We ship inside the United States only.
We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Production takes 2-3 business days and USPS transit takes 3-5 business days, so allow roughly 5-8 business days in total and order earlier when a date matters.
