How It Works: Upload, We Check, We Print
Here’s how custom dog photo printing works: you upload one clear photo of your dog, we check it and prepare the artwork, and we print and ship it. There is no proof to approve — that is what keeps the turnaround short — but we never print a photo we can already see will come out badly.
How Custom Dog Photo Printing Works
1. Upload your dog's photo
Pick a product, upload one clear photo of your dog and add a name if you want one. See which photo works best.
2. We check the photo and prepare the artwork
We look at every photo before it goes to print. If it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for another one first.
3. We print and ship
Your product is printed from your photo and shipped with USPS tracking. Production takes 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit inside the US.
1. Upload your dog’s photo
Pick the product you want, upload one photo of your dog, and add a name if the product offers it. Names are printed exactly as you type them, so check the spelling before you pay. The photo guide shows which photos work and which ones do not.
2. We check the photo and prepare the artwork
Before anything is printed, we look at your file: resolution, focus, lighting, and whether the whole head is in frame. If it will print well, we cut your dog out of the background and lay the artwork out for that product. If it will not, we email you, explain what the problem is and ask for a different photo — your order waits until you send one.
You will not receive a proof or a mockup to approve. If you want a second opinion on a photo before you order, email it to [email protected] and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
3. We print and ship
Production takes 2-3 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit inside the US, with USPS tracking emailed to you when the package leaves. Shipping is $5.99 flat, free on orders of $79 or more. Full detail on the shipping page.
If something is wrong when it arrives
Print defects, transit damage and wrong items are remade or refunded — your choice — when you email a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. See returns, remakes and refunds.
Ordering again with the same dog
Upload the same photo again, or email us your previous order number within 12 months and we will reuse the file we already have instead of asking you to find it.
Questions about the process
What photo should I upload?
One clear, well-lit photo with your dog's whole head in frame and the face in focus. Phone photos are fine — send the original file at full size rather than a screenshot. See the photo guide for examples.
Do I get to see a preview before it is printed?
No. We print from the photo you upload, which is what keeps the turnaround short. We do check every photo before printing: if it is too small, too dark or too blurry to print well, we email you and ask for a different photo before anything goes to production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it if the order has not gone to print yet. After it goes to print we cannot stop it, because the item is made only for you.
How long does it take to arrive?
2-3 business days to make your item, then 3-5 business days in transit inside the US. You get USPS tracking when it ships.
How much is shipping?
$5.99 flat rate inside the US, free on orders of $79 or more. We do not ship outside the US right now.
What if something is wrong with my order?

Can I put more than one dog on a product?
On products that have a multi-dog option, yes — upload one clear photo per dog.
What happens to my photo after the order?
We use it to make your product and to help with a reorder or a remake. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it, and we delete it sooner if you email us and ask. We never sell it or use it in ads without asking you first. See the privacy policy.
